  • Capacity building through two new Head of Service Posts, and additional team managers and front line social workers.
  • Enhanced CPD and a first line managers programme running through Bradford’s Teaching Partnership with Bradford University and College.
  • The appointment of a VCS organisation to lead young people’s engagement in the process.
  • Regular staff engagement, a communications plan and a staff reference group in place to listen to and act on the views of the staff team.
  • Enhanced Quality Assurance through a team of experienced auditors delivering audit and coaching.
  • A review of social work salaries and a commitment to ensure Bradford is able to attract high quality staff.
